Have you ever seen people this happy to workout? Well MX4 is so much fun you’ll be smiling too. The thirty minute workout changes every other day; one day you’ll use TRX straps, dumbbells and a landmine; the next you may use a punching bag, kettle bells and a rower or sled. The combinations are endless! Small groups mean that our trainers are able to give you the attention you need.
