I have worked in clinical settings such as cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation and in general fitness as a Health Educator. I believe in integrating all aspects of health to create the best workout plan for my clients. Whether you’re on medications, have limited mobility, musculature, or working with an existing injury or diagnosis- I am here to help you find a path to your goals!

Kristen is a transplant to the Lowcountry from Indiana, where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science from Ball State University. After completing an internship at a local weight loss resort and graduating in 2015, Kristen fell in love with the Lowcountry and made her home here. Kristen is a certified group fitness instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America and has been instructing a variety of classes since 2013. She also holds several other specific group fitness certifications. As a group fitness instructor, Kristen motivates people to work hard and give their best effort during every workout. As a personal trainer, Kristen's focus is on form, posture, and lifestyle modification to help you achieve your best you.
Drisana McFadden holds her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has also attained her group training certification through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She loves to explore any avenue of fitness that becomes available and has extensive experience with fitness classes including Krav Maga, kickboxing, HIIT, spinning, pilates, barre and strength training.
In addition, Drisana is a Certified Culinary Expert through the Academy of Culinary Nutrition, as well as a Certified Instructor of Culinary Nutrition. This certification allows her to provide cooking lessons and demonstrations, develop recipes, and to develop meal plans for specific health conditions. Her focus is on building health and wellness through a holistic, therapeutic approach to food and exploring the foods that can make the body function at its optimal level.
Drisana holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Marywood University in Scranton, PA and has been teaching for 18 years. She cannot wait to share her love of learning and her passion for fitness with you.
My goals for health and fitness are to get the greatest improvements in the least amount of time, and to keep it as simple as possible. As a result, my wife Mary Ann and I created the eFitClub. I am here to help you discover your fitness journey and to show you how easy it can be to “change your fitness, change your life”. From exercise to nutrition, making a few minor changes can have a significant impact on your life. Every small change you make day to day will have a compound effect and before you know it, you’ve dramatically improved your health and fitness!
